Our academic structure allows self-evaluation to students in a “self-directed process”. Students themselves award merits upon evaluating their daily progress. All the merits are reviewed by staff members afterwards. This self-directed process builds honesty and self-confidence in students, motivating them to perform the best. Students are awarded merits on the basis of their academic progress, social behavior, overall attitude, cooperation with staff and their peers, willingness to take responsibilities, participation in functions, meetings, seminars and other activities.
